We are passionate commercial real estate professionals dedicated to closing deals for syndicators, investors, and owner occupiers. We approach our client transactions as if they are our own. We are a woman-owned small business established in 2021 by founders, Michelle Casillas and Natalia Ojeda. We serve our clients from our principal office located in our hometown of El Paso, Texas, where Texas, New Mexico and Mexico meet. With nearly 20 years of combined commercial real estate and lender experience, our full-time professionals are licensed as Sales Agents in the states of Texas and New Mexico, and hold an active globally recognized CCIM designation. We are members of the National Association of Realtors and CCIM, Greater El Paso CCIM Chapter. We are committed to our Texas community and the clients we serve and look forward to helping you close your next commercial real estate deal!

RESOURCE manages commercial real estate purchase and sale transactions to closing. Working directly and in coordination with buyers, sellers or brokers and sales agents, RESOURCE coordinates, communicates and follows through with the resources and parties required to close the deal.


RESOURCE provides its clients peace of mind that comes from it's process of managing commercial real estate contracts. RESOURCE engages with commercial real estate attorneys to review title while it performs thorough abstracts of contracts, leases, and due diligence involved with purchasing or selling commercial property and/or deferring property tax gain by participating in 1031 exchanges. RESOURCE elevates the level of services provided as a full-service commercial real estate transaction company because it partners with the best the industry offers for areas that complement its expertise. RESOURCE is not a title company or a commercial real estate law firm or a land or environmental surveying company or a 1031 exchange qualified intermediary but has access to and existing relationships with Texas commercial real estate attorneys and certified professionals in the industry.

Natalia and Michelle are experts in their field and have years of experience helping clients with their commercial real estate transactions. They work through everything and wit everyone involved throughout the transaction.

  • Michelle Casillas

    Before returning to her hometown of El Paso, TX in 2014, Michelle Casillas focused on identifying and managing the delivery of high-tech I.T. training for private, public and government organizations in the state of NM, the westernmost region of Texas, Arizona, and the New York area from where she managed the delivery of training globally. When Michelle returned to El Paso in 2014, she changed her career, hitting the ground running in commercial real estate. Her role spanned various capacities in commercial real estate over a 7-year period and included the management of commercial acquisitions and dispositions, property management, liaising between attorneys and owners on tenant collections, managing commercial property insurance claims and coverages, and as a lead Yardi Voyager specialist. Between 2017 and 2021, Michelle managed the resources required to close and fund over $380MM in commercial real estate transactions, involving the sale of over $170MM in property and purchase of over $210MM in property by leveraging over $88.3MM in loans and $93.1MM in 1031 exchange proceeds.

    Michelle’s passion for managing commercial real estate deals to closing drove her to co-found REsource, a commercial real estate transaction management company, in 2021. REsource supports syndicators, investors, and owner occupiers with the back-end virtual office management of the documentation, resources, and filing required for the purchase, sale, and/or financing of their commercial real estate investments in industrial, retail, multifamily, office, and specialty property (RV parks, and motels/hotels). Two years later, in 2023, REsource partnered with Prime Capital Management to form a separate third-party brokerage company, Prime REsource Team, which focuses on owner representation in the sale, purchase, or lease of their real estate investment property. 

    Since finding her career in commercial real estate in 2014, Michelle has earned the globally recognized CCIM designation, obtained a Sales Agent license in Texas, obtained the Texas Accredited Commercial Specialist (TACS) certification, and an Associate Broker's license in New Mexico. Michelle currently serves as a board member of the Greater El Paso CCIM Chapter, a member of the Marketing Committee of the CCIM Institute, a selected participant in the Class of 2025 JWL Leadership Academy Program of the CCIM Institute, and a committee member of the Commercial Committee of Texas Realtors. Michelle is a University of Notre Dame Class of 1999 alumna with a bachelor’s degree in business. Michelle feels blessed to have the opportunity to contribute back to her hometown community in El Paso building upon the reach of its unique regional commercial real estate industry across the state of Texas, New Mexico, and Mexico.

  • Natalia Ojeda

    Natalia Ojeda is a proud El Pasoan thriving in commercial real estate. Although born in Mexico, Natalia was raised in El Paso from the age of 6 and considers the Sun City her home and an integral part of her personal and professional growth. Natalia graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso in 2013 where she obtained her bachelor's degree in Economics.


    While in college, Natalia took on the role and responsibilities of being a franchise owner and operator in the El Paso, TX area that has to date grown to a dozen locations across El Paso and Las Cruces, NM. Following graduation, Natalia started her career in banking and lending which led to realizing her passion in commercial real estate. Natalia's extensive professional experience as a mortgage originator, banker and franchise owner has been instrumental in her latest role coordinating with attorneys, title companies, surveyors, appraisers, lenders, and brokers on the sale of over $104MM in property and the acquisition of $171MM in property leveraging $76.3MM loans and over $66.8 in 1031 exchanges from 2018 through 2021. Natalia is now leveraging her experience as Co-Founder and Manager of REsource, a startup company that provides transaction management and consultation services to those in the commercial real estate industry.


    Besides her passion for her business, Natalia has enjoyed participating in pageants and held the title of Miss El Paso in 2019. Following her reign, Natalia has remained active in the community as a volunteer for the Sun Bowl Association, a member of Progress 321 and assisting in COVID Relief Programs offered by the Paso Del Norte Community Foundation. In her spare time, Natalia enjoys being active outdoors with her French bulldog, working out and reading.
