  • Coordination of documentation and preparation, including access to Texas and New Mexico state promulgated forms, and
  • Engagement with 1031 Exchange Qualified Intermediary and management of 1031 Exchange deadlines,
  • Assisting with placement or removal of property insurance coverages.
